Each of us brings unique skills and experience to the table, which allows us to continuously improve the quality of our products and respond precisely to the needs of patients.
Michał Guzek – CEO, creator of SpinHeadSet
Experienced manager and leader with more than 10 years of experience, founder of the RehaDent clinic and initiator of an interdisciplinary team of specialists dedicated to the comprehensive treatment of masticatory and swallowing dysfunctions and problems resulting from spinal instability.
He is a certified osteopath, a manual therapist according to IFOMPT standards and a master’s degree in physiotherapy. Michael combines clinical knowledge with an innovative approach – his passion is the use of modern technology to objectify treatment results and improve therapy. SpinHeadset is the result of his years of experience, vision and commitment to creating effective, personalized therapeutic solutions..
Jakub Przychodzeń – R&D, biomechanics and functional therapy specialist
Master’s degree in physiotherapy, graduate of the Second Medical Faculty of the Warsaw Medical University and IFOMPT certified manual therapist. He has more than 15 years of clinical experience gained in hospitals, sports and private clinics.
He specializes in movement analysis, biomechanics of the human body and exercise programming in cases of spinal instability and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. He has participated in numerous training courses in manual medicine, osteopathy and medical coaching. In the SpinHeadset project, he is responsible for research and development of therapeutic solutions based on precise functional analysis of patients.
Bogusława Wołosz – Sales Director
Associated with the healthcare sector for more than 20 years. Specialist in the implementation of innovative technologies into clinical practice, combining business experience with a deep understanding of the needs of medicine.
Co-organizer of nearly 20 medical congresses annually, editor and reviewer of numerous publications and medical books. Co-author of recommendations for new medical procedures under the auspices of scientific societies, actively supporting the development of modern solutions in Polish medicine.
Miłosz Jamroży – regulatory and certification expert (MDR)
Doctor of biomedical engineering and biocybernetics, as well as a medical doctor. He has been active in the medical technology industry for over a decade, specializing in the management, development and certification of telemedicine products in accordance with MDR requirements.
He has held board and management positions in companies listed on the WSE Main Market and NewConnect. His unique combination of technical and medical knowledge allows him to effectively implement innovative solutions to the medtech market with the highest standards of quality and safety.
Elżbieta Włodarska – CPO (Chief Product Officer)
Expert in modern therapeutic technologies, specializing in medical applications of virtual reality and biofeedback. For years, she has been designing VR applications to support patient treatment – combining the latest advances in technology with clinical expertise.
She creates innovative diagnostic protocols and home therapies, ensuring that the SHS Home device meets the real needs of patients. Involved in training medical staff and implementing modern solutions in daily therapeutic practice.
Marcin Strągowski – CTO
Technology architect and product strategist with years of experience in developing solutions at the intersection of hardware, software and robotics. He specializes in building scalable systems from the ground up – from concept to prototyping to market implementation.
He has created and developed innovative technology startups, and his uncompromising approach to innovation allows him to realize even the most ambitious projects. He combines deep engineering knowledge with a practical approach – if something has to work better, faster and go into production, he’s the one who finds a way to do it.
Robert Lulek – Senior Developer
Experienced IT solutions architect and developer with over 20 years of experience, specializing in image processing and machine learning.
He has developed advanced applications for leading companies in various industries, combining programming expertise with a deep understanding of image recognition algorithms. In recent years, he has focused on designing systems using artificial intelligence in image analysis, supporting the development of modern diagnostic and therapeutic tools.
Bernard Gołko – Mentor and Advisor
Expert with more than 20 years of experience in digital industry and innovation. He has led digital transformation programs for international companies such as Citi, HSBC and Credit Agricole.
He specializes in startup development, scaling innovative solutions and strategic consulting in the areas of VC, M&A and exit processes. He supports the SpinHeadset team with knowledge and experience in the commercialization and business development of medical technologies.
Dr n. med. Piotr Godek D.O – Orthopedic physician, osteopathic physician
Orthopedic physician and certified osteopath (Sutherland College of Medicine) with over 30 years of clinical experience. He specializes in the conservative treatment of conditions of the temporomandibular joint and spine, combining knowledge of conventional medicine and osteopathy.
In 2019, he defended his doctorate at the Warsaw Medical University, dedicated to the treatment of cervical radiculopathy. He is the author of numerous medical publications. In his work, he pays special attention to imaging diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system and minimally invasive pain management techniques.
Zbigniew Dziel – Dentist, TMD specialist.
Dentist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD). As an attending dentist and prosthodontist, he coordinates the interdisciplinary treatment of patients with temporomandibular joint disorders.
In his daily practice, he performs central position (CR) and occlusal splint registrations, aiming to examine joint function and mandibular mobility as accurately as possible. Passionate about modern technology – he works with the Zebris/Amman Girrbach system, combining precision with a personalized approach to therapy.
Magdalena Borkowska – Logopedist, myotherapist
General and clinical speech therapist, myotherapist, graduate of Warsaw Medical University. She specializes in the diagnosis and therapy of myofunctional disorders and in the creation of therapeutic programs to support the functioning of the masticatory organ.
In her speech therapy work, she focuses on voice disorders and functional dysfunctions of the masticatory organ. Her interdisciplinary approach allows for effective therapy for both children and adults, with an emphasis on restoring normal muscular and articulatory function.
